These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the National Fleet Network platform, including our website and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
National Fleet Network operates a platform that connects fleet customers in need of mobile commercial vehicle repair with independent contractors who provide that repair service. National Fleet Network facilitates the connection and dispatch process; it does not itself perform vehicle repairs.
2. Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information, including your name, phone number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Contractors
Contractors who apply to join National Fleet Network are independent contractors, not employees or agents of National Fleet Network. Contractors are responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the repair services they provide. National Fleet Network does not guarantee the availability, quality, or outcome of any repair service.
4. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from National Fleet Network related to job dispatch, appointment confirmations, technician arrival updates, and repair status notifications.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.

5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate fleet repair dispatch and coordination
6. Payments
Fees for repair services are determined between the fleet customer and the contractor performing the work, subject to any platform fee structure disclosed at the time of service. Payment terms will be presented at the time a service is booked.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. National Fleet Network does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any repair work performed by contractors will meet any particular standard.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, National Fleet Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or from any repair work performed by contractors connected through the platform.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
