NFN sets a real bar for who gets dispatched — it protects your reputation and the fleets you'll be working with.
A properly equipped service vehicle and the tools appropriate to the duty class(es) you work on — light, medium, and/or heavy duty.
You'll complete a scenario-based skills assessment for the duty class you select at signup — it's built around actual roadside diagnostic judgment, not textbook trivia.
Approved applicants complete a standard background screening before being cleared for dispatch — required for every technician on the network.
Coverage appropriate to the services you provide, consistent with NFN's onboarding requirements.
Jobs, routing, and dispatch communication all run through the NFN technician app.
You'll set a home base and a service radius during signup — jobs are matched to techs by location and availability.
Tell us your duty class, skills, service vehicle, and coverage area.
Complete a short scenario-based test matched to your duty class.
Once approved, we run a standard background screening before clearing you for dispatch.
Once cleared, jobs in your area and duty class start routing to you.
